DIAG-SYSTEMS — Products and Services Policy

DIAG-SYSTEMS provides both digital and physical technical products including, but not limited to:

  • Diagnostic software licenses

  • Firmware restoration and performance calibration files

  • Activation keys

  • Diagnostic interfaces, adapters and accessories

  • Remote technical assistance services

All products are intended for professional, commercial or advanced technical use.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically using one or more of the following methods:

  • Email delivery

  • Secure download link

  • Customer account dashboard access

  • Remote installation or configuration session

Digital goods are considered delivered once access credentials, activation instructions or download links have been provided.

Digital licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale or commercial misuse of software, firmware or documentation is strictly prohibited.

Technical Responsibility

DIAG-SYSTEMS provides software tools and technical resources intended for diagnostic, maintenance and performance optimization purposes.

The customer or technician is solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring compatibility of purchased software, firmware or hardware

  • Proper installation and configuration

  • Compliance with local laws and technical regulations

  • Safe operation of the vehicle or equipment

Final responsibility for vehicle performance, modifications or operational outcomes remains with the vehicle owner or qualified technician.

Remote Technical Services

Where remote support or installation services are provided, the customer must ensure:

  • Stable internet connection

  • Compatible hardware and operating environment

  • Availability during scheduled service session

Interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or customer-side technical issues are not considered service failure.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

All transactions are subject to fraud prevention and security verification procedures.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to delay, suspend or cancel any transaction considered suspicious or high risk.

Shipping of Physical Products

Hardware products may be shipped worldwide using selected logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Local VAT, taxes or regulatory fees

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software licenses and firmware files, refunds are generally not possible after delivery, activation or access to download materials.

However, refund requests may be reviewed in cases of:

  • Proven technical malfunction

  • Inability to activate the purchased license

  • Confirmed delivery failure

Hardware product returns are evaluated individually and may require technical inspection.

Shipping and transaction fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DIAG-SYSTEMS shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Vehicle downtime

  • Mechanical or electrical failures

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product or service.

All software, firmware, documentation and related materials remain the intellectual property of DIAG-SYSTEMS or respective licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, redistribution or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension

Access to services may be restricted or suspended if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • License abuse or unauthorized sharing is detected

  • Website terms or usage policies are violated
